Programs to Help with Basic Necessities

From time to time we all need some help with basic needs.

Find here things like temporary cash assistance or food stamps. The Food Stamp Program helps low-income people and families buy the food they need for good health.

Other great resource for single moms is WIC. It provides Federal grants to States for supplemental foods, health care referrals, and nutrition education for low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and non-breastfeeding postpartum women, and to infants and children up to age five who are found to be at nutritional risk.

Take some time to go through this section; you never know what you might find.
