Supporting Women into Permanent Housing
The Housing Transitions Program in Oregon is a program supported by Catholic Charities. It is a Housing First, relationship-centered program.
The program has been supporting homeless single moms and women since the 1990s.
Services provided include outreach, support, case management services to homeless women, providing homeless women with access to affordable housing, as well as supporting those needy living in Catholic Charities housing projects.
The Housing Transitions Program is supported by many organizations in the Portland area which support the homeless.
